What is the Sprint Retrospective?
It is a meeting at the end of each sprint where the team reflects on what went well, what could be improved, and identifies actions for the next sprint.
Purpose
The main goal is to continuously improve the Way of Working (WoW) and the team's performance by incorporating feedback and making adjustments for future sprints.
Outcome
Once concluded, the Retrospective requires that at least one improvement action is incorporated into the work planned for the next Sprint.
Participants
All members of the Scrum Team, including the Scrum Master, the Product Owner, and the Developers.
Iterative Improvement
The retrospective is a key element of Scrum's empirical process control, allowing regular adaptation and refinement of the team's working methods.
Timebox
The retrospective is limited to 3 hours for a monthly sprint, with shorter durations for shorter sprints.
