What is Scrum of Scrums?
It is a method for coordinating work among multiple Scrum teams.
Definition
Scrum of Scrums (SoS) is a scaling technique for coordinating work among multiple teams practicing Scrum in an Agile software development environment.
Representatives
Each team designates a representative/ambassador to participate in a sort of Daily Scrum only for sub-team representatives called Scrum of Scrums.
Time Limit
The meeting should not exceed 30 minutes, and the focus is on coordination and addressing any dependencies or impediments between teams.
Scalability
The SoS can be further scaled by having a Scrum of Scrums of Scrums, allowing coordination across multiple levels within the organization.
